Executive summary

Women are always beauty conscious and hair style plays the most important role in everyday life. Our company, FEMINERE, brings the most enhanced and stylish three in one hair straightener which every woman wants to use. The purpose of the straightener is to color, straight and curl your hair. We are the first company which is introducing color in a starightener. Our targeted customers are those women who are busy in their everyday life and want to have a trendy look but are unable to go to parlor. They can get professional look at home easily. In the very beginning of the report we have mentioned about the mission and vision statement of the company. It will be introduced in the market with the help of various promotional displays and advertisement as well as with a good management system. As this is a new business, in this paper, we are mainly focusing on Porter’s five forces model. Then we have also conducted SWOT analysis of the company to see company’s strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Additionally, we have discussed the corporate strategy of our business. We have explained the types of plans which our organization will follow. After that we have described the work specialization of our organization, different departmentalization, chain of command that our organization will follow, span of control where managers can control the employees efficiently and effectively, centralization and decentralization, and finally formalization.
