Four Seasons hotel use the Transnational Strategy and try to cater the local responsiveness through design the appearance of the hotel. There are many low-cost competitors and the other outstanding hotel in the world. In view of the cultural differences, Four Seasons hotel differentiates its hotel's appearance, facilities, activities and so on, across geographic markets to match the local differences. For example, there are 100 thatched over-water bungalows in Bora Bora. Also, Four Seasons hotel provide many water diversions, such as, Kite surfing, shark feeding, dive centre, parasailing, ocean fishing activities for the customers. Moreover, there are 15 air-conditioned tents, secluded along the Ruak River in Golden Triandle Four Seasons Hotel. Also, it provides the activities include elephant training, bird watching, Golden Triangle excursion, nature walk and crafts. It is fully make use of the geographic advantage and match the local characteristic.
On the other hand, Four Seasons hotel tries to achieve low costs through transferring core competencies and making use of subsidiary skills. They have the outstanding skills that their competitors cannot easily match or imitate.
