Most of the individuals tend to give a hand to each other. Rarely will there be a person whom is not capable of doing so. Since most of the members in this community are within the same ethnic group. There is mainly not any problem with the way that the individuals treat each other. For the small population whom are in a different ethnic group. They also hardly have any trouble because this city has mainly kept organization and very strict rules so that these individuals would not have any trouble just because they are different in any way.

Information of text and manuals material

The work manuals and texts are neutral to any ethnic group. If there would be any information pertaining to any specific group there would only be legal problems for them. Legal problems because there cannot or may not be an employer whom shows any type of discrimination towards another individual or group. All work texts are in the English language. If necessary that one of the employees is a Hispanic speaker and does not understand another language other than their own. Then it may be requested as a concern towards this employee to understand the material that is given to them. At this time if the employer gives any difficulties to the employee then this would be considered discrimination towards the employee and the company may be sued.
