Ethics

Google have been use the motto "Don't be evil" to serve their user that provided the user unbiased access to information, focusing on their needs and gave them the best products and services. That mean the Google would not make money base on the interest to doing evil. So, the corporation establishes a baseline for honest decision making that disassociate Google from any and all cheating. Also, the Google have been set up the Google Code of Conduct of put "Don't be evil" into practice. The Google use this code to make trust and mutual respect among employees and users. It was built around the recognition of the company who work in the Google.

Google has committed to a supportive work environment where employees have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. Each Google employees were expected to utmost to create a respectful workplace culture that was free of harassment, intimidation, bias and unlawful discrimination. And the Google employees need to read the Employees Handbook and follow the rule which was relevant to their work locale. The Handbook was detail to talk about that how the employees should conduct themself at workplace. The employees need to follow that to advice the conflict between the employees and respect others who work together. Base on the Google was an international company which works with business in more than 56 countries.

The Google employment have based solely upon individual merit and qualifications directly related to their professional competence. They strictly prohibit unlawful discrimination or harassment of any kind, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, sex, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, mental or physical disability, medical condition, sexual orientation or any other characteristics protected by law. The Google also make all reasonable accommodations to meet their obligations under laws protecting the rights of the disabled. So, the Google hired employees have based on their individual merit and professional qualifications whatever your from and which national origin.

Also, the Google have prohibited unlawful harassment in any form as verbal, physical or visual. If someone believes you have been harassed by anyone who works at Google, you should immediately report the incident to the Google supervisor, Human Resources Department. Human Resources department will promptly and thoroughly investigate any complaints and take appropriate action. That could protect you against harassed by anyone who works at Google and help to prevent the similar situation occur on others.

The Google were committed to a violence-free work environment to the employees and would not tolerate any level of violence or the threat of violence in the workplace. So, the violence-free work environment sake
