Thank you for your interest in Google Music. By using Google Music ("Google Music" or the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Service, the Android Market Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Google Music Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement by this reference, as well as these Additional Terms of Service for Google Music ("Google Music Terms"); all of these agreements together will be referred to collectively as the "Terms." It is important for you to read each of these documents, as they form a legal agreement regarding your use of the Service between you and Google Inc. ("Google") whose principal place of business is 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This document explains how your agreement with Google is made up and sets out some of the terms of that agreement. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in these Google Music Terms have the meaning given to them in the Google Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to your use of Google Music Storage, the Google Music Software, the Google Music Store, and Google Music Social Recommendations, each of which is defined below and is a Service as defined in Section 1.1 of the Google Terms of Service. They are sometimes referred to collectively here as the Service known as "Google Music" and may be individually referred to as a "Component Service" of Google Music. The "General Provisions" of these Terms are those specifically identified as such by the heading of Section D below ("General Provisions"), together with (a) all material preceding Section A ("Google Music Storage & Google Music Software"), and (b) any provision not specifically contained within a hierarchical arrangement of enumerated sections or paragraphs identified by number or alphabetical letter.
Google Music, and each of the Component Services comprising it, is provided to you solely for your personal, non-commercial use and you may only use the Service(s) lawfully, in connection with legitimately acquired music files, and for your own personal entertainment, subject to terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. All other uses are prohibited. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, please do not use the Service.
