Learning in groups is essential to succeed in school. It benefits students to further have their activities in units. Group assignments can help students interact with one another. Not only that but, it can also improve their learning skills and help spread class-work equally. Group work should always be held on how we introduce our classroom activities.

One reason why we should have classroom activities and grading based on group work is because it can enforce the students to interact with one another. Students can become familiarized with each other, they will learn from one another and help each other to better themselves in their education. Also, it will help students to work with each other without having any conflicts. Also, group work helps intimidated individuals to break out of their shell and become more interactive and social. It will also encourage students to reinforce positive appropriate social skills.

In addition to grading based on group work, it is known that the class-work is spread equally amongst each other. It is shown that the students are not overloaded on work in school. It makes it easier for students to get work done quicker and easier at their convenience. Doing so, the students can help each other promote cooperation and to keep on top of each other. Hence, students will be working on a much faster pace and receive a higher grade than they would alone.

Nonetheless, group work enhances learning skills. It helps students focus on their learning process. Not only that but, it also enhances the student understanding of the subject by participating in groups. It also provides leadership, communication and conflict resolution among the students. Group work teaches responsibility and organization.

To sum it up, although there are many ways of grading and learning, I believe group work is an ideal way of grading. Classroom activities and grading should be able to benefit into taking group assignments. It enforces the students to interact with each other. Also, the class-work is spread out evenly into the group on each task, having everyone participating together. Students can improve their learning skills with group activities in school.
