 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The System that we develop is Gym Membership Monitoring System using RFID. This system is developed using the Visual Studio 2013 and Microsoft Sql Server Management Studio. The visual studio 2013 is the editor for creating the system we develop and the Microsoft sql server is the one who manage the database of the system. This system is use for Gym Membership Monitoring System using RFID to make hassle free for the gym personnel and clients. Monitoring is the regular observation and recording of activities taking place in a project or program and it is a systematic process of observing, tracking, and recording activities or data. The system will monitor and record the time in of the user that enters the gym. The gym contains the RFID (radio frequency identification) a technology that incorporates the use of electromagnetic the radio frequency portion that identify the things, animal and person. This technology action could be as simple as raising an access gate or carry out monetary transactions. This system will make the owners and the users to save more time. This system based contains a hardware that is RFID reader em4100 to scan the of the profile of the user’s and proximity card that is use for tapping it to the RFID reader to have an access The user’s will have the proximity card to have an access to the gym and also to monitor their data and their balance. Using proximity card it will make the user’s convenient and secured because they the system is automatically securing and monitoring their accounts. This system has administration account to manage and secure users accounts. It will benefit and help the owner to easily monitor the members of the gym and the account balance of the users.


I. Introduction

        Monitoring is the regular observation and recording of activities taking place in a project or program and it is a systematic process of observing, tracking, and recording activities or data for the purpose of the program project implementation and its progress towards achieving objectives RFID (radio frequency identification) is a technology that incorporates the use of electromagnetic or electrostatic coupling in the radio frequency portion of the electromagnetic spectrum to uniquely identify an object, animal, or person. The action could be as simple as raising an access gate or as complicated as interfacing with a database to carry out a monetary transaction. The Gym Membership Monitoring System is an easy use that will be used by the gym personnel and users.
