I would make sure that my plan included support groups for any employees effected in teh downsizing, similar to the strategies used at Novartis I would also create a website where employees can go to gain further information, latests updates, I would make sure this was an internal website so that it was still confined to the privacy of the only those within the organization.

C. Some of the recommendations that I would suggest for management to implement are to make sure that the management team keeps an open line of communication with the employees. They should be able to at anytime to address and questions or concerns to their leaders. I would also include in the recommendation clear objectives and goals, let them know the direction that they would like to take so that they feel included and apart of the organization.
