Greetings from Women in Management (WIM) Club, IIM Bangalore!

It gives us great pleasure in cordially inviting you to the 3rd Annual Women Leadership Summit to be held at IIM Bangalore on Sunday, 15th January 2017.

As a gender-inclusive institution, IIMB believes in promoting gender equality and in ensuring that women find their rightful place in education, industry and entrepreneurship. Towards this end, WIM at IIMB has launched a number of initiatives to create awareness about issues faced by women in industry and the role to be played by various stakeholders in encouraging and developing women leaders. A flagship event of the Club is the Women Leadership Summit, which witnesses multiple events, a large footfall and an engaged audience.

Themed ‘To the Helm’, this edition of the Summit explores and addresses the challenges faced by women as they ascend the professional ladder. The Summit has a stellar line-up of speakers. Details are below:
