Dear Colleague,

As part of our efforts to create a positive culture and work environment in Group Learning & Development, a place where we want people feel they can be open and honest, and where they feel listened to and understood, we have engaged the help of an external company to conduct an online survey to collect your views on being part of Group Learning & Development.

The survey is an opportunity for you to give constructive feedback and identify areas that will improve our work environment. Below is a link to the online survey. Completing this survey will help us assess the current levels of satisfaction at work and to identify areas for improvement that we will work on together.

We want people to feel valued, motivated and to enjoy working here. Completing the Satisfaction at Work survey is another step on this journey. Your individual results will be immediately available to you, together with the average for your team, and for the whole department.

Your scores are confidential. No one else will see them unless you choose to show them.

It is important that you are totally honest with your feedback, so we can make this exercise as valuable as possible for all of us.

The link to the survey will be available to you from 11th March 2012 and must be completed by 14th March 2012. It only takes 10 minutes to complete, the results of this survey will be used to help create action plans for our continual growth as a better place to work

To complete your survey:

1. Go to http://www.team-working.com/programs/an-even-better-place-to-work.html

2. Click the 'Login to BP2W' button at the top of the page.

3. Login with your email address and password (12345), then click 'login'

Your support of this initiative is greatly appreciated and thank you for participating.

Best regards,

Brendan Noonan
