While everybody fully agree that right people make and shape our business, it is important to think about how people becomes the right person. Is it through an interview process? Is it through orientation, may be their track record, a crystal ball? of course it is not true. Most of the time the right person becomes the right person when he come in and follow the systems the company has laid out to them. Therefore it is very important that we should focus on developing that right system prior to focusing on finding that right person.

The effects of hiring wrong people are always negative and costly for the company. When the wrong person is hired , it typically results in having to refill the position again. Most of the time bad hires effects the morale of the company, may also result in good employees leaving the company, creating an even greater turnover problem.
