Remarks and Notes can be collected on guests, company accounts and groups in a variety of modules including Reservations, Repeat History, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. If there are Remarks or Notes on a reservation or account, red flags appear in the upper right of the screen. All data is easily queried and retrieved. By using this software organization can get above the benefits.

The customer can get more benefits if the organization use this software, by this software customer can search Reservations, Check Guests List, Groups, Repeat Guest History, Prospects, Condominium Owners or the Waitlist. Availability and Rates can be checked, a reservation can be made, a Deposit can be requested and applied, a room can be selected based on attributes and viewed, confirmations are scheduled to be E-mailed or faxed, credit cards can be authorized, A/R accounts can be reviewed.
