Introduction

DC Hotel & Suites is the perfect place for your members to enjoy their stay throughout the FESAC meeting. We are dedicated to satisfying our customers every need throughout their stay. We offer Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) complaint rooms for many different government employees while on official business.

General Description

The hotel is located in ideal location near a metro station as well as near many of the sites in Washington D.C.

Capacity

Our hotel has 316 rooms. If all of our rooms were full, we have the ability to host more than 650 guests. We average 400 guests per night.

Goals

Our goal is to provide the U.S. Census Bureau with their lodging needs for the FESAC meeting. We want to provide them with the absolute best value and experience possible.

Description

DC Hotel & Suites can provide the U.S. Census Bureau with all of their hotel needs for the FESAC meeting. We are located within the proposed area and near a metro station. We are offering rates that are unbeatable. DC Hotel & Suites also has a full service restaurant, Mitchell Steakhouse, attached to the hotel. Mitchell Steakhouse has agreed to give your guests a 10% discount on their meals during their stay at DC Hotel & Suites.

We have 12 single sleeping rooms available and currently blocked off for Thursday June 13, 2013 and 3 single sleeping rooms for Friday June 14, 2013. If the U.S. Census Bureau would like to conduct an on-site inspection of the hotel and restaurant you can contact us at any time before the reserved dates to set up a date and time to do a walk through.

Cost

We are FedRooms property that provides FTR compliant rooms for government employees during official business. The rate per room is $154 per night which is well below the government per diem rate. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:00-10:00am that is included as part your stay. All other meals are available from the Mitchell Steakhouse at a 15% discount during the length of your guests stay.
