How do your scores reflect your readiness to become a leader?
My score gave me more of an insight of how stable my personality needs to be to become a better leader with my everyday life. I was shown that I have more of an Extraversion personality out of the big five. It states how outgoing and social of a person I am, which is so true. I'm always the life of the party in and atmosphere, personal and professional. Within my personal life, this trait works for me, I'm out going, love to laugh and make others around me feel good about themselves and appreciate life to the fullest. I have my moments when I want to be alone but I rather be in the company of my love ones. Within my professional life, this works for me as well because I'm always interacting with people of all different backgrounds who can feed off of ones energy. I show examples to others by being whom I am and still getting the job done when the time comes, you don't have to be a bore in my opinion to be a leader. Once you have the right tools to get the job done and others notice that your always professional and carry yourself with respect, you should be able to have great leadership traits about you that makes others follow within your foots steps and want to be a part of your team. Even in class I'm always the center of attention even when I'm trying not to be, I guess I have one of those personalities to where a statement is always being made or my presents is missed when I'm not in attendance. What I have learned from the big 5, is that no matter what category you fall into, you can only be the best you and proceed to be better than what you where yesterday. Work towards learning new thing about yourself to make you a better leader for others to see how far you have come to be a better you in today's society.
