Project details:
Each group is required to study the practices prevalent in a people management area in a chosen sector. In order to do this, each group will choose a theme from the list given below and study this theme in at least TWO companies belonging to any of the sectors given below. Each group is to meet a minimum of TWO executives in the company (across different levels and functional domains) and get the relevant information by interviewing them.
Based on the responses, and the literature available on the company website as well as other publications, you are required to prepare and submit a comparative case study/report. The report should convey a clear understanding of the theme as well as the industry practice on that theme.
The report should include an introductory section on the theme and the companies. The process followed has to be briefly touched upon followed by the details of the findings and comparative study. The Report may reflect on the effectiveness or uniqueness of the findings and the relevance to the business strategy of the organization under study.
The maximum word limit is 5000 words (excluding the annexure). Times New Roman Font Size 12 with single spacing is to be used. References to be mentioned at the end.
