I will mainly focus on Internet Recruiting and Internet selection mentioned in this article. For Internet Recruiting, using the Internet for recruiting mechanism is being popular in campaniles. There have a lot of job search engines such as Monster.com, to providing job and career details base on the organization’s Web site. Even use Internet to screen and process applicants. Using Internet in selection is most of major staffing firm option. There are Internet-based testing and Web-based selection. The advantage are efficiency, cost savings, ability to administer the test globally in real time and standardized scoring and administration. I will discuss about E-HRM in the following because this article inspires me.
