Introduction
Mobilink GSM (PMCL), a subordinate of Orascom Telecom, began operations in 1994 and is the market leader in terms of both growth and largest client base in Pakistan with over 30 million customers. Mobilink is the first mobile service provider in Pakistan to use 100% digital GSM technology, offering its customers state-of-the-art communication solutions.
Mobilink offers exclusively designed tariff plans tailored to the communication needs of a group of people, from individuals to business people to corporations. To achieve this goal, Mobilink offers its customers both postpaid (Indigo) and prepaid (JAZZ) solutions. Compared to their competitors, both the postpaid and prepaid brands are the largest brands of their kind in the Pakistani mobile industry.
In addition to providing voice communication services that make the lives of millions of people easier, they offer their customers a variety of value-added services. At the same time, Mobilink attaches great importance to coverage, covering over 9000+ cities and communities across the country as well as more than 120 countries in international roaming

- INTERNAL RECRUITMENT:
In MOBILINK, The Internal recruitment task is done by directors and higher grade managers. If position is vacant, then HR department looks the past performance of people who are working at lower level. HR department choose & promote the best worker for vacant position.
