Objectives

Seeking a challenging opportunity to obtain an executive level position especially in the field of HR, Marketing and Finance in any kind of multinational company/organization, in order to utilize my skills for the betterment of the company/organization.

Summary

I am a bachelor in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Management, Marketing Management and Finance and had completed my High School in Saeed Noor Mohammad Shah high school, Kabul Afghanistan. Along with this I am holding several managerial and IT skills which I have learned during college life.

2011-Present: Master in Business Administration - Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), distance learning, ongoing, Delhi-India

2007-2010: Bachelor in Business Administration - S.V's college of Commerce and Management Studies Mapusa-Goa under the Goa University. Goa-India

March-2009: Participated in Symulate Business Competition - Symbiosis University, Pune-India

1994-2006: HSSC - Saeed Noor Mohammad Shah High School - Kabul Afghanistan

2005-2006: Studied Computer in Baghban English Language & Computer Center, Kabul-Afghanistan

2001-2004: Studied English in Baghban English Language & Computer Center, Kabul-Afghanistan

Experience:

Admin/Finance Manager, MRRD/AIRD/UNDP/GIZ, Kabul Afghanistan, Jan 2011 till Present.

a) Develop suitable admin/finance system for AIRD projects including setting of procedure based on related gov. policies and project agreements, as well as develop certain admin/finance formats and guidelines,

b) Ensure that proper financial and administrative support is provided for AIRD operations, trainings, workshops, field surveys, etc..

c) Working closely with finance section of MRRD and NABDP as well as AIRD program manager for preparation of annual budget and program budget.

d) Prepare Administration and Procurement plan for AIRD.

e) Prepare periodic financial reports (on monthly, quarterly and annual basses) as well as when required by the donor and management.

f) Prepare bank & cash payments including vouchers, cheques and maintain all vouchers with relevant supporting documents.

g) Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile it with donor at the end of each accounting period. Being capable of generating a trail balance at any time as required.

h) Keeping records of all administrative documentations (Buildings contracts copies, Projects contracts copies, Partnership contracts copies.)

i) Ensure that Goods Received Notes (GRN), Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order are recorded, and bills for payment with finance have appropriate approvals.

j) Monitoring and providing required logistical and administrative support for the AIRD staff.

k) Ensure appropriate vehicle management and maintenance, Purchasing, procurement and identify equipment requirements with support of assistant staff.

l) Organize and monitor all the administrative services of the offices (office allocations, monitor the cleanings, etc.)

m) Writing official letters to the Counterparts and partners.

n) Active participation in Managerial meetings and any related practices as well as in conduction of Staff Performance and Evaluation Periods.

o) Performing miscellaneous admin/finance activities and works not mentioned in this job description, when requested and related to the position.

Program Officer, MRRD/GIZ/AIRD, Kabul Afghanistan, Aug 2010 - Dec 2010

Main Responsibilities:

a) Receive periodic progress report (on monthly, quarterly, six month bases) from all AIRD sections/projects, compile the report and provide required feedback accordingly, including compiled progress reports for donor agencies.

b) Ensure that entire AIRD sections/projects provided their action plan to AIRD top management on regular bases (monthly, quarterly and annual bases.

c) Ensure that compiled and updated information about the progress of entire projects is prepared, to be presented in coordination meetings, seminars and worker shops,

d) Supervise AIRD staff attendance regularly; ensure office regulation and performance of staff.

e) Support the program (AIRD) for maintaining records of project files and other supportive documents in hard and soft copies.

f) Maintain AIRD database updated, develop and prepare data according to the AIRD demands,

g) Assist in preparation of materials for AIRD website (news, articles, newsletters, brochures etc..)

h) Support PM in preparation of all project documentation including Programme operations, projects information, policies, procedures, planning and management systems.

i) Support preparation of job descriptions, ToRs and vacancy Announcements for the vacant positions, Prepare and draft, on a timely basis, contracts project staff, support short listing and interviewing of staff.

j) Support organizing of workshops, conferences, coordination meetings and seminars, including administrative support, communication with participants and other relevant tasks,

k) Ensure that regular staffs meetings are conducted on weekly or bi-weekly basses as well as to ensure that the decision made at the meeting is followed.

l) Undertake translation of program documents requested by AIRD top management.

m) Provide administrative support to AIRD when necessary,

n) Performs any other duties assigned by the Head of AIRD and Program Manager.
