After viewing the episode of "The Office" entitled, "Diversity Day", respond fully to the following questions. Responses must be typed and submitted in class on the due date.

1. Identify three ways in which one could classify the Dunder Mifflin office as diverse.

2. What issues do these diversity characteristics (i.e. those you identified in question one), create for the Dunder Mifflin office?

3. Why is diversity training held at thousands of companies each year? Do you feel Dunder Mifflin needs diversity training? Why? Why not?

4. In general, do you feel diversity training works? Why? Why not?

5. Design a diversity training program for the Dunder Mifflin office. Be specific as to the 2-3 activities you would feature in that training session and why you would include those activities.
