1. Something that defines me and who I am today would be the word "ambitious" because I have a desire to achieve and to be successful in all aspects of life.

2. Something good is to workout. Obesity is increasing especially within teens therefore I try to make an effort to workout a couple times throughout the week.

3. Something bad is the hate crime that is still happening in this day and time. A few weeks ago Jackson, MS experienced a hate crime a few blocks from Jackson State. As an African American feel I do not feel safe in this society

4. Something that makes me happy would be dancing. I have been dancing since 6th grade and I have training in ballet, jazz, and hip hop. Also, I have been on a dance team for 7 years.

5. Something sad would be the 10 year anniversary of September 11 which is approaching. September 11, 2001 over 3000 people were killed due to a terrorist attack. I still remember that day sitting in my 4th grade class and how I felt when I heard the tragic news.

6. Something hard would be the surface of a computer. Originally, my major was computer engineering; however, I quickly understand that this career was not for me. There is a need for computer engineers in the work field. Also, it is one of the top 10 paying jobs.

7. Something soft would be my heart. I consider myself to be a soft hearted person. I have a tendency to put others before myself. Therefore, I changed my major to communicative disorders because I like to help people and to see them better themselves.

8. A pretty color is purple. The word purple comes from the Old English language. During mediaeval times blue dye was rare and expensive therefore only the wealthiest were able to wear purple. Purple means royalty and leadership and I relate to the color purple because I feel that I have the qualities of a leader.

9. Bbq cookouts always remind me of my childhood because it was something that was done once a month with my family. I am a very family orientated person so every time I see another family getting together for a cookout it reminds me of mine.

10. The binomial theorem is complicated equation. According to my relatives I am a complicated person and no one can figure me out. 11. Someone who is smart is Michelle Obama. Michelle was the salutatorian of her high school class. Then she attended Princeton University and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts. Following, she attended Harvard Law School in 1988. Michelle Obama inspires me to succeed in my academic career.
