Inflation lead the high cost of construction cost, it affect the price of the property directly

Customers: People with low income cannot afford to pay high rent, so in result; they are forced to live in a poor condition living environment such as the sub-divided flats,

Shareholders: Selling property with very high price, Inflated Buildings leads to significant income. As The revenue increase, shareholders have more dividends

Government: Law cannot forbid property companies to build Inflated Buildings

Didn't put enough afford on establishing laws to eliminate "grey areas" that allow property companies to earn profit unethically

The property companies brand's image is damaged, improvement should be protect their reputation.
