Foods play an important role for people. It provides energy for any activities which are occurring inside our body. Therefore, it impacts directly on people health. However, not at all everyone chooses foods that good for their health. Almost choosing foods rely on favor, not considering good or bad effects for health. Especially teenagers, they usually choose foods depending on their interests and affordable. Choosing foods depending on favor cause bad effects for teenagers' health.
Foods are important factors which decide survival not only human but also animals. Human being gets energy from foods to supply for human body. Each person has different demand of nutrients. Providing excess or short those nutrients for our body can affect seriously for our health. Many researches about effect between foods and people health that people under fourteen years old have a good diet and good healthy. Because they are cared by parent more than people between 14 and 19 is Instability. Some have a good health. And some others are not good; they usually feel tired, less active, less concentration. The main reason is supply energy for their body. That is foods. Real studies give that almost teenager choose foods depending on their interest. They eat things that they feel delicious, affordable, fast service. For instance, fast food such as: KFC, hamburger,... which are chosen by teenagers. But teenagers do not know these foods which are destroying their health. These foods contain a large of amounts of oils, high cholesterol. It is harmful to the cardiovascular system. Moreover, these foods make us feel full longer. So we will eat fewer in the main meals. This leads to shortage necessary substances in vegetables, meats,... and damages our health. Nowadays, almost teenagers choose foods with high protein such as: meat, fish,...and ignore vegetables. Scientists study fibers in vegetables which support digestion and absorption nutrients better. Besides, vegetables have many kinds of vitamin that very necessary for our body. For instance, vitamin A is necessary for eyes, vitamin B necessary for brain, Moreover, choosing foods with high protein and less fiber, less vitamins cause obesity. This leads to less active and feel tired. And obese people are at risk of heart disease 80% higher than normal. In fact, most teenagers eat meals quickly. And this is not good. Eating slowly, chewing carefully and foods with enough nutrients help our body healthier. Rice contains vitamins B supplying protein; vegetables supply fiber and another vitamins; eggs, meat, supply high protein. All factors supply energy for growth of body. But teenagers do not care more about it. They spend more time for playing
