Hello everyone thank you for coming to this presentation. I am the director of a design company and she is the manager of marketing department.

Our company, A.R.M is an interior design company which strive to build a better way in using resources carefully and sustainably with higher quality at a lower cost. These words respectively mean art, recycled, and materials. We consider that a room without design is like a body without a soul. So, what we are doing is to design a house with industrial style. Take a look at our logo which consists of simple lines because it represents that we want our products to keep as pure as possible to their original use. We used lots of recycled material because they are environmental friendly. Also you can see lots of elements, parts, and they are mostly collected from abandoned factories. After we remodel, reconstruct, repair and redesign them, they will become more graceful beyond the mark of time. In addition, we focus on many people especially those with thin wallets because we believe good interior design is for everyone. And our mission is to be an international leader focused on the environmental and socially responsible design of unique, high-end furniture, home decor, and lifestyle products. Our company parent company is located in Taiwan, Taipei and one subsidiary in Japan. We are looking forward to seeing you soon.

Now let me welcome our marketing manager to state our organizational structure for you.

I would like to say a few words about the organizational structure of ARM.

As you can see, the managing director is Ms. Taylor who is responsible for running the company and is accountable to the board.

First, there is Purchasing Department which is responsible for purchasing the required material at minimum possible price by following the company policies.

Second, there is Operation Department which focuses on managing all aspects of an organization's operations. And, we divided it into two parts. One is the Production Planning and the other is Technicians; next, Design Department plays a big role in our company. For example, we provide a platform for everyone to build their personal and intimate surrounding. Our designers are dedicate to offer and present to you the legends of world class craftsmanship, the modern classics, and futuristic design. And this is Marketing Department which is included customer service and sales. Customer service provide information to address inquiries regarding products and services.  Finally, Human Resource is responsible for personnel, training and management development.
