I have been involved in the school soccer team from September to the beginning of November, in which I participated in soccer practices twice a week as well as competitions. On top of that, my daily exercise routine is to jog on my treadmill every day for around 45 minutes to an hour, which is the same as the activity listed on my DPA requirement. I go to Oval gym around once a week to work out, as well as swim.
Emotional health means the way one handles and deals with mental situations and circumstances. People who are emotionally healthy tends to in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and this sense of control makes them feel positive about themselves. People with good emotional health can handle stress, anger, and worries well.

I tend to relax and take a deep breath, instead of making a huge deal of my homework load. The most important factor is to rest, keep an organized and structured schedule, and not procrastinate. The biggest issue I face is procrastinating and pushing all of the work near the end of the due date. This causes unnecessary stress.
