Junk Food
Food is critical for the body , that help you to focus and gives kind of energy , McDonald's and KFC , which are fast food companies , are two of the famous places for junk food , anyway , these kind of restaurant affect on your body , also they are blamed for different health problems , but should we take responsibility for our health and diet ? And who are the blamed people for health problems ?
There is various kind of people as the healthy and unhealthy people and the healthy people they used to keep on eating on certain system and healthy system but those who does not care about what they eat and they are not organized they called them unhealthy people.
In most cases people said that the fast restaurant use to much fat they do not care about your health, all they care about is getting money. So you have to watch what you eat it also make the kids fat from an early age, and that is obliviously correct , but in the same time the restaurant offer a service that is anytime and an excess. Not necessary , nobody forced to eat from fast food restaurant so you have to watch your self and organize it in any way that seems fit to you.
Jones,F.(2006) suggests that the fast food has an increased in several health problems , as like the blood pressure and diabetes and he blame the fast food restaurant which are the MacDonalds,KFC and Burge King that they are target the kids and the teenagers by destroy they future , Furthermore, this argument is supported also by Black, H. (2008), who claim that the health problems is not from the food it is from the consumer and he can become an addition with these food.
In generally that will be your choose and your life, do what is fit for your body and your health , indeed , the problem from both the consumer and the fast food restaurant so you have to depend in your self and find the healthier way for you .
