Language barriers and religion are two of the hardest things a person will face with diversity, and interacting with others. To clarify this we take three examples ; the workplace, personal life and school life. While they do not show religion in school they do not stop a person from their beliefs. However, if one accepts religion in the workplace it opens many doors and shows clients that there is no racism involved, which can help gain partners for an expansion of business in other countries. As simple as that sounds though not everyone understands certain languages from different cultures have different words than others or same with different meanings it can strain a professional relationship with clients. This brings us to the conclusion part of the papers aspect. Diversity is simply this, we all wish to live the American dream, to better our lives and make something of ourselves. So long as other cultures are accepted as well as their beliefs things grow. When things grow we work together, when working together we progress as a nation. While for some it's hard to accept they have to in order for things to be achieved. Language barriers and religion will not go away simply because one does not believe in what another does, but they can learn from it, try to understand it and even show a small appreciation for it. Take cinco de mayo or Día de Muertos (day of the dead), these are two holidays we celebrate each year to show our respect towards anothers religion. That being said, the term one cant judge a book based on its cover plays in, because until one takes the time to look at the history, read up on it and take it into consideration their will always be a language and relion barrier put up that will divide people, instead of uniting as a whole.
