Writing techniques today are as unique as they have ever been before. Writing is away for a person to express his or her personal feelings or view of a particular subject. It is very important that a writing shows leadership in his or her work along with information literacy, which gives the writer the power of identifying information while understanding it. It is very important to adapt to these techniques, if not your writing is no good. Expressing Leadership in ones writing demonstrates ethics and responsibility. Social responsibility is the obligation to take action that protects and improves the welfare of society as a whole as well as organizational interests. According to the concept of corporate social responsibility, writers must strive to achieve both organizational and societal goals. (Social Responsibility and Organizational Ethics) Thus allowing the writer to become the author of what is being written in a way that they may lead the readers in the topic of their choice.

Having Knowledge is the Key to success, showing the amount of knowledge in ones writing, expresses how great that writer is. Information literacy stimulates from your human behavior. Deciding on the best and occur information to discuss in ones paper allows the writer to develop great decision making. Decision theory is the analysis of the behavior of an individual facing nonstrategic uncertainty--that is, uncertainty that is due to what we term "Nature" a stochastic natural event such as a coin flip, seasonal crop loss, personal illness, and the like or, if other individuals are involved, their behavior is treated as a statistical distribution known to the decision maker. (Decision Theory and Human Behavior) Deciding on proper data and reliable sources encourages the writer's ability to research with leadership, understanding, and proper writing literacy.

In order to adopt to these techniques a writer must let go of his and her own way of writing. They have to be willing to adjust their writing to meet the skills and qualifications of what it takes to be a well known writer. The study of change and development is one of the great themes in the social sciences. Many of the social and natural science disciplines have developed theoretical literatures and empirical findings about the birth, development Transformation, decay and decline of human and natural systems. (Studying Organizational Change and Development) Developing a level of change in ones writing by adopting to these techniques qualifies the writer to be able to transform and being out the human nature of his or her writing. Catching the readers attention, focusing on valuable and well sorted out information while gaining an understanding of who your target audience is allows the writer to become a a knowledgeable leader with outstanding techniques in writing.
