Learning something new can be terrifying experience. The most common fear for some is water. Water is simple, harmless and purée we use water everyday for many things. We can't live with out water in our life's water is important.

My little sister doesn't like deep water she afraid of droning in the water. I want to teach her a skill she must know that is learning how to swim. You can use this skill if your danger or just having fun. I realize that her learning to swim would also make her more confident person. After we change in to are bathing suits inside the house, I stood by the pool waiting for my sister. We got into the water the sallow part. I told her to let go of fear because she is afraid of drowning. I was time for floating. She follow what I said when you're in the water, hold on to the side of the pool , and let your legs float out behind you they should lift easily if you let them. We Practice doing this on our stomach and on our back, until we were comfortable letting half of our body float.

My little sister didn't get the hang of it the first time but she is getting better at floating. She panic when she is laying on her back for a good while and her head starts to go into the water completely. Nests step practice exhaling underwater. While we were still in a shallow depth, we took a deep breath and put our face underwater. Slowly exhale out our nose until you're out of breath, then come back up. My sister got it right the first time then she started playing and blowing bubbles in the water. I saw some goggles, i let my sister wear the googles to help her feel more comfortable opening her eyes underwater, and might allow her to see more clearly. We being to Practice kicking our legs. I had my sister hold on to the side of the pool, for she can practice kicking.
