EVERYDAY LEMONADE

The name of my lemonade stand is Everyday Lemonade. I chose the name to remind customers that our lemonade comes with no gimmicks. The freshly squeezed nectar comes with the same quality every time they come to buy a glass. The logo would be a picture of a quarter-sun with its rays shining down on a full glass of lemonade and ice. Logo design is critical because that simple graphic will be on every piece of merchandise and advertising. A professional logo design is memorable and impressionable. A professional appearance builds credibility and trust. Branding also brings business through word-of-mouth.

Everyday Lemonade places emphasis on quality, it is the most important factor. Our unique recipe consists of quality products and we can ensure that our customers get nothing but the best. The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is our crucial focus. By having happy, efficient salespeople, we eliminate worries for our customers and let them focus on enjoying their drink. With our relaxed atmosphere our customers can feel as though they are going to see a friend. We know the ideal kind of atmosphere our customers love. So, we provide that atmosphere and beckon people to it. Adding a little bit of enjoyment to their day. A mission statement explains why the company exists. It clearly defines the company’s activities and its priorities in serving its target customers.

We will express corporate social responsibility through allocating 10% of our annual profits towards public charter educational institutions. Public charter schools are smaller and close-knit allowing the relationship between the staff and students to be more personal. We would like to commend these institutions and help provide a better learning experience for the children.

Considering the fact that we use quality ingredients our pricing strategy has to be penetration pricing. We are confident that our customers will enjoy our lemonade above all others. If we do as well as predicted then, of course, we will raise prices for higher profit margins. This, we will have to do at a slow and steady rate while still attempting to stay lower or equal with the competition.

If given the opportunity, we would not hesitate to go global. In today’s world of commerce basically anything and everything can be sold over the Internet. The difference in the cost of running a physical store and an online store can come down to thousands and thousands of dollars. A physical store owner will have to hire many more employees than that of an online store owner. Another added benefit of an online store is that changes can be made easily. We would have to redo our day-to-day operations, but it would be worth the extra effort. We would also have to use preservatives to safely ship products to our customers, while still using high quality ingredients.
