My dear friend Eveline,

I truly understand that decision that you have to make is very tough. Four years ago, I had a similar situation. I know how you feel. It is complicated to make such a decision while you are still young. You are afraid to make a mistake, and this is normal. I understand that you have a lot of duties because you promised to your mother to keep your family together, but you cannot sacrifice your whole life to your family.

Of course, family is very important in our life, but one day you will want your own family. You will want to get married and have children. Just think about how you feel right now. Are you happy? Ernest and your mother are dead. Harry is always somewhere, and your father is cruel and rude with you. Also, your father is using you for taking care of the children and the house. Besides that, you are working for a woman, who is also acting disrespectful to you. She would be just glad if you would leave.

Now, take a moment and close your eyes. Imagine that you decided to stay and ten years passed since then. You are almost thirty years old now, and your live goes the same way. You have the same duties and the same job. Nothing changed since you had the chance to escape from your old life and start a new one. What you feel now?
