Introduction

Liberal democracy is a type of government in any country and is the type representative democracy, where the elections among the political parties should be fair and freer and voted representatives take powers of decision by a constitution that emphasizes protecting the people of the nation and also the take care of people who are in minorities in that society. Liberal democracy has become the most fashionable form of governance in the current period.

Discussion

The theory of current open culture is directly connected to the model of liberal democracy. Several liberal governments look democracy with powerful statist reflections by the choice of public theory as conservative, slow, dogmatic and also not suitable for change, the liberal democracy differences with what could be called the "statist" democracy in that it supports and assists the nation as the instrument of its people discourse and further development. In current scenario, several countries have this democracy but some countries have not get advantages to manage its people and society.

Nigeria

Nigeria has had a long tortured history of dancing around democracy but never quite getting it right. With the second coming of President Obasanjo, it looks like democracy might be here to stay. In order to understand where Nigeria is and where Nigeria is going, you have to understand where the country is coming from. There are some pros and cons of democratic system of Nigeria (Ronald, 2009, 65-68).

Pros

* Through democracy, it greatly effect on education field, maintains and builds streets that connect the urban to rural areas, make sure unfailing power supply and encourages the guts of inquiry is a required condition for creating thoughts of suitable skill and technology.

* In Nigeria, the lack of those structures of institutions carries on s to retard scientific development, along with perfections in the life quality for a people of Nigeria.

* Through this system, assesses the advance education improvement strategy, it is essential to revisit in brief what people know regarding reforms in education.

* Just few times before the government set up a reforms in land as Land Reform Committee to suggest the administration on the further modifications to be made to the Decree.

Cons

* Through this system, covered with the euphoria of new autonomy or liberty, about 84% of people said they were happy with the state of their new democracy, according to the public opinion survey. But six years later, the similar analysis determined that only about 25% of people felt that path. Only because of corruption (Lean, 2009, 333-340).

* The Nigerian leaders of 36 states are the big crocodiles of a system of politics that rewards decision-making and does little to curb dishonesty and corruption (Lean, 2009, 333-340).

* It effects as the divisions of religious and ethnic groups, the current system includes a power-sharing agreement between the Muslim North and Christian South.

U.S.A

Through the examination of weaknesses we can recognize areas of strengths. The nation may have flaws, but the majority of foreign policy decisions exhibit the rise of America. The United States foreign policy is controlled through the executive branch, legislative branch, and public opinion. The United States constitution reveals that the executive branch is the only power with the authority to negotiate treaties. In order for any effect to take place the proposition must be ratified by the Senate into a legal treaty. In the United States government the agendas of each branch differ in purpose and meaning. The result is an efficient process of powers forced to budge. Congress is a branch that must submit to domestic pressures and the individual voters in their decisions (Louw, 2010, 111-117).

Pros

* The medium is extremely strong in that it has the capability to form the views of people.

* Supporting the spread of democratic system does not, though mean that the America should give the encouragement of tolerance priority over the development of system of democracy.

* The U.S. effort to increase democracy because public usually want good lives in liberal democratic systems.

* With spreads of democracy, several people are probable to enjoy big economic advantages.

Cons

* Several Americans focus all the concentration on the visible politicians. These so called leaders are only dummies of a very criminal group.

* The major disadvantage is that it has approved overseas bankers to take hold of the so called leaders who play to represent people.

* The central reserve brought people inappropriate system of tax that permits a private company (the Fed) to raid people's paycheck. It's not anything but a big con.

France

The government of France is a semi-presidential system based on the French Constitution of the fifth Republic, in which the nation declares itself to be an indivisible, democratic, secular and social Republic (Holzhacker, 2009, 65-68).

Pros

* The major advantage of democracy in any economic system exists in its capability, at least hypothetically, to determine and solve differences calmly.

* It is very well that is truly it, unless people think that it pushes the Americans to share views, but actually it just causes people to struggle for supremacy of their views and thoughts.

Cons

* When people understand they can choose to give themselves money they discontinue working.

* Several Americans are not very well enough informed to take steps for the best future of the U.S.

* Democracies only stay as pure and uncorrupted for very short times.

* People should be count their right of vote, and then attempt to get rid of all fake votes and stop the so called leaders.
