The music was pumping and it was hot and crowded. Kim entered slowly alongside her friend Amy.

"Should we be here?" asked Kim

"Don't worry about it." replied Amy, "We got in didn't we?"

Kim just shrugged. They stepped into the crowd and made their way to the bar.

"Let's try these babies out!" Amy whispered to Kim as she thrust her fake-ID over the counter. Kim did the same. The sexy bartender, not looking a day over 19 himself, smiled and grabbed two glasses.

"What'll it be ladies?" he asked.

"I'll just have a beer." replied Amy coyly.

"What about the other lovely lady?" he inquired.

Kim just sat there on the barstool stunned.

"Make it two." she finally stammered.

When the bartender turned to get them their drinks Amy turned to Kim with a stern look.

"Do you want to get us caught?"

Kim just smiled and shook her head.

After the girls got their beers they paid the bartender, leaving a generous tip, and melted into the crowd. The bartender yelled after them "I didn't get your names!" but it was too late. They were already gone. Amy spotted a very tall, broad man entering the club.

"I'll be right back." she told Kim and she made her way towards the entrance but just as she stepped out of the crowd a slender woman glided to his side. He looked at his companion, pointed towards the bar and they were gone into the crowd. Amy sighed. Was her love life ever going to get better? She didn't seem to think so, but someone else wasn't so sure and he was going to make sure of it.

When Amy and Kim got back to the hotel they were exhausted. It was after midnight and the dancing had wore them out. As they made their way to room 232, giggling and stumbling down the hallway, several people opened their doors scolding them with disgust. When they reached the door Amy dropped her purse trying to get out the key card. It's contents scattered across the beige carpet. Kim bent to gather the strewn items when she saw a pregnancy test. Was Amy pregnant? She turned to Amy just about to question her but seeing the look of pure exhaustion on her face she decided against it. Tomorrow would be a better time, after they'd rested for a while. Kim hastily shoved everything into the Gucci knockoff and handed it to Amy trying to control her anger and confusion. Amy hadn't even hinted that she liked anyone let alone that she was sleeping with someone. Does she know who the father is? Of course she does, Kim told herself, Amy's not a slut, she knows exactly who it is, doesn't she? Kim tried to push the thought out of her mind but she just couldn't grasp the thought of Amy being pregnant. She would definitely have a long conversation with her...tomorrow.

When Amy finally dragged herself out of bed, Kim had already showered and ordered breakfast. The table was set nicely, but as Amy sat down she saw the pregnancy test lying on a napkin on her plate.

"When were you planning on telling me!" Kim spat.

"I was going to when the time was right." Amy tried but Kim cut her off.

"When, after you got an abortion!? I saw the clinic's card in your purse!"

"No!" Amy yelled back, "the test isn't even mine!"

"Oh really, than whose is it?"

Amy sat there trying to think of a way to avoid this but it was too late. She had to tell Kim whose it really was.

"It's...it's Kelly's."

"Nice try, my little sister isn't that stupid. She wouldn't be so careless as to get pregnant at 13! I can't believe you would even blame it on her! I thought we were friends!" Kim turned her back to Amy and tried not to cry.

"I'm not lying," stammered Amy, "It really is Kelly's. She asked me to get rid of it for her and she was planning on telling you herself after she was 100% sure the test was even right.

Kim was horrified, would her best friend frame her little sister like this or was Kelly really pregnant?

"When did she tell you?" Kim asked.

"Yesterday, after her softball practice." Amy replied, "she said she hadn't been feeling good so she took the test. She has a doctor's appointment this afternoon to confirm the home test."

"Kelly's only 13, she's not ready to be a mom. Does she know who the father is?" Kim asked not even sure if she wanted to know the answer.

"It was her first time so she's positive it's Josh."

"Josh! He's almost 18. . I knew he was trouble when I dated him but I didn't think he would take advantage of a little girl."

"He didn't Kim, Kelly wanted to have sex with him too."

"That's a lie! She smarter than that. Why would you even say that Amy?"

"Josh doesn't even know."

"Good, that's how we'll keep it. We'll help her find a loving family to adopt the baby and he'll never have to know."

"Come on Kim, be realistic. You don't think he's going to notice? And besides, she's already decided to keep the baby."

"What! Is she stupid? She can't handle raising a baby at 13! We need to find someone responsible and capable of handling a child."

"Kelly is responsible, Kim."

"Oh really? I wouldn't exactly call getting pregnant at 13 responsible would you?"

"Kim, we both know she didn't plan this and she's young. She didn't know any better. Are
