List activities, activity attributes, and milestone.

Activity list is a breakdown of work package into activities that will be the basis in providing estimation, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and control. When work breakdown structure (WBS) is created it decomposed to its lowest level into more manageable task or package, called the work package. A work package is not an activities, it is basically a component of the deliverable. To complete particular work packages an activities must be develop. Activities could have 10, 20, 30 or 100's of activities task depends on the size of the work package and the complexity of the project. Each work package is decomposed to create activity list then define those activities to complete the work package.

Activity attributes are specific component or further detail information for that particular activities, it could be the time duration, cost, the person assigned for that activities, what are the constraint and assumption, and there are specific location in which activities must be perform, and other relevant miscellaneous categories that must included to this attributes.

Milestone list is a significant point of event in a project. It is a regular schedule activity. However. Milestone has zero duration it only represents a moment in time. For example, submit project documentation by 27 August 2013. This is the moment in time to submit documentation by the date indicated in the milestone. Milestone does not consume any resources it is a time event. Milestone could be mandatory requirements by the contract or it could be optional requirements base on the project management team or organization policy. Milestone is also significant to project scheduling, project manager can determine if project is on time or behind and if all the requirements for that milestone are completed
