- Promotional activities, promotion is an important activity we need to do to win customers and their trust. An example of the promotion is that we set the discounts for our meals from time to time.
* We will provide home delivery service. This service will increase the number of customers and also maintain their loyalty, because they get their meals without having to come to the restaurant.
* Provide our services and our meals at suitable prices.
* Decorate the Interface of the restaurant especially during events such as National Day will give a beautiful view of the restaurant and therefore attracts customers to us and then their loyalty. Also, making the design of the menu in a nice way to attract customers.
* Put a large display screen, especially on days that have big games because it will attract most of football lovers to the restaurant.
We used behavioral learning theory to retain our customers in our restaurant by using signals that make the customers respond to it. There are two majors of learning theory , classical conditioning and instrumental conditioning .
We apply classical condition to build good repetition about our restaurant on the media such as make advertisements on the local newspapers and make print ads like flyers and attractive menu, that's will make good image about us and it should be attractive to bring lots of customers. Also the external shape of the restaurant will be very important to attract new customers.
In addition, instrumental conditioning which discuss the way of consumers responding toward the brand, there are a group of people who like to try things for the first time so, there are very important for us to be satisfy because, they will tell others about our restaurant . for that reason, they will help us to build good and long relationship that will put the restaurant as a brand for the customers
