INTRODUCTION
In the modern economy, getting full and correct news in Specific fields is the necessary things to each individuals or enterprises. In Vietnam, there are hundreds of newspapers and many channels of television refer to the production situation, the development of services, promotions, advertising activities, company news, Competitors news, industry-related news and governing news and so on. That information is so useful for us. Moreover, it very especially important to marketing and PR department. It help them to get full of information. Beside they can know the return of investment (ROI) quickly after campaigns of advertisements, events. So, the media monitoring service was born.
Stage 2:
Stage3: although many research have showed the advantage of media monitoring service, we continue to find out the way how to analysis this selecting information. Base on that thing we can know how the brand of companies received and valued.
Stage4: the purpose of this paper presents the advantage of media monitoring service and media analysis service.
Stage5: this result of this study could be useful to PR employees responsible for plan to buid brand name for their own company or their own product.
