The Ethics Simulation

The establishment of G-BioSport began in the early 1990s by Carson Nelson and Rian Miller. Introducing the industry to new types of nutrition supplements for athletes. G-BioSport's handbook stresses the company's desire to exceed competition expectations through exercising fairness and upholding ethical decisions. The core values focus on working as a team, valuing customer feedback, maintaining accountability for actions, self improvement while demonstrating human dignity and respect. Solving an ethical dilemma takes practice: highlighting the facts, establishing primary stakeholders, distributing fairness, fulfilling all responsibilities, developing an equilibrium, sharing decisions, and double checking the result.

The lowest effects were the public relations director and the site operations manager. The results lens bases its thinking on the most beneficial for the most people. With this in mind, my results to determining all stakeholders fullest potential of happiness
