      Introduction

• My name is Tatiana green, I am from the Commonwealth of Dominica. I am presently attending the University of the Virgin Islands, where I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. I am the first of seven siblings, so my younger siblings look up to me, hence the reason why I try my utmost best to achieve success to the best of my abilities in order to make myself and parents proud,  and to create a pathway for my siblings. Throughout my life I have experienced and came across things, events and people who have created and a caused a change for the better in perception towards life and the entities that make up the things in life. This paper will consist of my aspirations in the near future and the steps I will be undergoing in order to reach my goals and dreams that I set for myself. 
  

             Vision

•  My vision or my ultimate goal is to become a chartered financial analyst. This is because being a chartered financial analyst increases your work place abilities to do good, dedication, ethical grounding and the hard, transferrable analytical skills necessary, which allow an individual to be more resourceful to the world of business. 
  

             Mission

•  my mission in life is to become successful and to be able to reach my full potential in all the areas that make up my personality and my characteristics, which I believe will enable me to be an individual who can portray myself not just a regular person but as a role model to my younger siblings, peers and my children to come. apart from those, that I previously mentioned, my mission in life is also to influence the people around me and or the people I interact with to take positive steps in life to become a better and more valuable person in society. 
  

              Objectives

• In order to become successful and be a good role model to the people around me. I first have to plan and think within myself the various ways and or strategies that i am going to take in order to gain success or to bring about a successful life for myself. This is because a life with no plan is a plan to no life or no living. Hence, I consider becoming successful or having a successful life as a personal asset and a goal that I want to achieve. 
  

     Formulated Strategies

•  To achieve the said objectives, I have made the decision that, I am going to continue working towards graduating from the University of the Virgin Islands with my degree. Then I intend to do the chartered financial analyst certificate program. After I have received this CFA certificate, I intend to take the necessary steps to continue to build up on my skills and abilities which could make me a very competitive individual in the job market. This is because I want to aspire above average. 

• Another strategy I have decided that I’m going to take as a step towards my future, is to complete the certificate program in global leadership and management development this summer. Doing this certificate program will not only be a step towards my future, but it will be an asset which would allow me to be more qualified and to increase my competitiveness in the job market. 

           Leadership

• Presently at my job, I display leadership qualities by ensuring that the customers adhere to the rules of the business place, in order to allow smooth running of things.

• In growing up, being the first child I had to take up the leadership role in many instances during my parent’s absence. In doing so, I had to ensure that my siblings were fed, took their shower after school and did their homework. 
• On a day to day basis, I display leadership qualities within myself and towards my goals. I do so by being the leader of my life, doing the right things for myself and making substantial decisions for myself. Rather than taking advice from people about how to go about living. 
• Due to the many leadership roles I took on in growing up, it led me to develop leadership qualities as an individual, where I feel to take on a leadership role when I come across a situation which would require the need for an individual with leadership qualities. 

             Implementation strategies now in and the future 

• The strategies I have formulated, they will be implemented in the future when i use them as a stepping stone to create a life of success for my family and I. 
• The strategies formulated will also be implemented when I use the acquired skills and certification to facilitate and enhance my work environment. 
• The strategies formulated will lastly be implemented when I use them to motivate individuals with similar interest to make the necessary changes, and approaches to make the business world of tomorrow more advanced and better. 

             Evaluation of results thus far 

• Thus far, I can say and attest to the fact that I am climbing the ladder of success, not just educationally, but my thought process and the way I view certain aspects of life. 
• I have thus far graduated and received my high school school diploma, my associate degree in psychology, and I have become a certified peer educator where I try my best to talk to my peers about making safer and less risky decisions pertaining to sex, smoking and alcohol. 
• Based on my high self-motivational skill, self-esteem and confidence, I can say that I can consider myself as a role model to my siblings, peers and people who have high expectations of me. 

• Conclusion
  In conclusion, this paper basically explained in detail the various strategies that intend to take to be a better individual and to bring about success. I can say that after writing this paper, I have gained a clearer view and plan on how I am going to be a better individual, and how I am going to acquire this life of success for myself.
