Although Microsoft doesn't provide employees with free lunch like Google, it has lots of many other benefits, such as providing free soft drink, building 35 cafeteria in headquarters, and offering shuttle buses with free
candy. What's more, in headquarters, most employees prefer to ride to their office rather than driving, because there are 30 low buildings which were built according to university style. They can ride to the office door directly and begin to work independently. Every computer technician is allowed to work in a separate office and keep their privacy inside.
2 Microsoft has established performance-based bonus system.
Company decision-makers assess and drive their people's performance to ensure that they align with business goals. The greater employees' achievement is , the more they get, including stock awards, vocation awards, and health-care benefits.
