Moods of Norway

Theme the Experience:

Theme will be "Norway meets U.S. / any other country for Expansion

Icons/ Superheroes of Norway clicking pictures with the famous monuments of US and stories will be told revolving around their experience. This theme will be depicted in all stores across US. Also fragrances from Norway will be used in stores for ambiance enhancing. This theme will also be used in the inaugural parties.

Harmonize impression with positive cues

Store entrance will have a Norwegian monument. As the customer will move in US flag along with monuments with pictures reciting a story on either side of the stretch. These will be changed on continuous basis to keep existing customers interested in keep coming back. This will not even cost exorbitantly.

At the nearest harbor where the fishing boat will dock theme parties will be organized in sync with the inaugural theme of the promotion. Norwegian food will be served in these parties with Smoked Salmon (a delicacy of Norway)

The logo should have a small flag particularly for this collection.

Eliminate Negative cues

Remove the tagline from wherever it is present as it restricts our target audience

Mix in memorabilia

Anyone who purchases from a store is given a polaroid picture with the monuments. Also customer can order for specific customized merchandise which reminds them of the stories and experience in store

Engage all 5 Senses

Norwegian Aroma to be used to refresh the Air and music(a blend of norwegien and US ) can be played in background. LCD screen showing the existing clothing line collection as well as theme for next month can be shown.
