Mr Krishna Lal Gulati founder of Ellora Bakery born On 18 October 1927 In district Gujanwala Pakistanr, The man retired from Indian army as a technician at young age of 38, havig a family with a small savings from Army service and many dream to accomplish .His family migrated from Pakistan on division of country in 1947 and lost most of the family belonging in terms of parental property but never looked back. He decided to leed his post retirement life in Dehradun a small city in Northern India. He initially started selling ready made bakery products in his shop. While doing the business learnt the basics of manufacturing of bakery products which has ready market . With limited finance and knowledge of the subject also he could sustain the pressure of business. Dehrdun is situated in the foot hills of famous hill station Mussorie the queen of hill station and heaven of retired Army and civil servants.The citizens have good taste of rich bakery products since they have enriched taste and inculcated in food habits could provide Mr Gulati buyers . He started a manufacturing unit in suburban area of city and started selling it to chin of vendors and opened shops in main city by the name of Ellora Bakery,Nany Bakery and Melting Moments. These all shops are amanged by his sons at present and it is the family business of the family some Some special comments from tourist are as under .-
