Our Great Prince
Together we have been witness to many deaths but none so great as the death we gather here today: the death of our noble Prince Hamlet. Hamlet was a dear friend to me and too many others . He was willing to help those in need with all the . Hamlet was a noble man as well that would fight for his beliefs and for what he knew to be true. He suffered through many trials and tribulations in his short life.
He had to experience the death of his father not too long ago. It was quite a difficult thing for him to deal with, as it would be to any man. His father's death caused him to go through some recent personal problems for a short time. He acted a bit differently from the way we know him to be. It seemed as if many were against him but Hamlet was brave and did not care. He sought after justice and nothing would stop him from fighting for it. My friends, we have gathered here today to celebrate the life of our friend and most valiant prince Hamlet. It is fitting that we are gathered here today in this great abbey as it was one of the most important places in his life. It was here where his father was crowned and where, had he not been so sadly taken from us, he would of been crowned. It is also the site of his baptism and communion and it now the place where we pay homage to his character and deeds and finally lay to rest his courageous soul.
