Director Human Resources/Manager/or To Whom It May Concern,

This serves to document our ongoing struggle to obtain the wages we've earned for work done at

JC Penny located in the Owings Mills Mall, on Tuesday, October, 4th, 2011 and Wednesday October 5th, 2011.

We intend to pursue our claim for payment based on the facts as outlined below:

1). On Monday, October 3rd, Sandra Atueyi received a telephone call from Dan Cook in Spherion

Office in Lutherville, and was instructed by the said Dan Cook to report t for duty at JC Penny.

2). Mr., Dan Cook explained that his agency was looking for available help to deploy to their client

at JC Penny located in Owings Mills. He explained that the need was urgent and asked Sandra if

she knew of any of her friends who might be interested.

3). Based on the request made at 2). Sandra recommended Daryl Lawrence and

Mr. Dan Cook immediately asked her to contact Daryl Lawrence and have him report to JC Penny

with her. Mr. Cook advised Sandra that it was important for herself and Daryl Lawrence to get there

at JC Penny by 12:00 and to be prepared to work until 8:00 P.M. Mr. Dan Cook urged Sandra

to be punctual and told her that the assignment would last for two days.

4). Sandra Atueyi and Daryl Lawrence arrived at JC Penny at approximately on Monday,

October 3rd, 2011 at the shoes department as directed by Mr. Cook. Upon arrival they were met by

JC Penny supervisor "Eric" who was expecting them and immediately begun to assign them various

tasks within the shoes department.

5). Eric advised them how to sign in and out and they completed several assignments under

various supervisors at JC Penny for two days, October 3rd, and 4th, 2011.
