Overview of Kudler Fine Foods Management

Several factors affect the achievement or breakdown of a business. The essential parts of management are strength and execution. Primary functions of management are critical and it is the response of a manager to ensure the company's strategic plan is well carried out by all leaders who are involved. If administration incorporates Porter's Force-Force Model throughout the organization the company's ultimate position in the industry is successfully. This paper will look at the management purpose of Kudlers Fine Foods utilizing Porter's Five-force Model, and how the use of technology and internet influence management for Kudlers Fine Foods.

"Kudler Fine Foods is a local upscale specialty food store located in the San Diego metropolitan area" (University of Phoenix, 2011). The founder of Kudler Fine Foods is Kathy Kudler. Kathy was in search of new opportunities; she developed a business, obtained financing and six months later on June 18, 1998 opened the first Kudler Fine Foods. This wonderful upscale business has several fine selections of bakery and pastry products, fresh produce, fresh meat and seafood, condiments and packaged foods and cheese and specialty dairy products. Kudler Fine Foods mission is to offer each customer a delightful and pleasing shopping experience. They provide their mission promise because " we "shop the world" for our products; purchase only the finest of products; are highly selective in acquiring our team members; and will go to extensive lengths to assure that Kudler Fine Foods is the purveyor of choice for customers aspiring to purchase the finest epicurean delights" (University of Phoenix, 2011).
