Perfect Printing Case Study

1) The term social responsibility is act that the business should act ethically towards their stakeholders. The social responsibility in this case study will be reducing the noise and the pollution during the process of the production for the local residents.

2) the value of an environmental audit from the perspective of the managers of perfect printing is to improved the whole company brand image, and it can also increase the customers and employee loyalty and it can also motivate the employee that works in the company.

3) if perfect printing become a socially responsible is to improve their business image because form the case study if the people think this company is ethical the customer will think that this company is good so it will attract more customer to come. Secondly it will increase the customer loyalty because as the business have a good image customer and employee will think they work in a good company, therefore they will not working with another company. Thirdly, it the company will provide accurate information and labeling so it can also help the customers to make a better decision.

For disadvantage it will have a lower profit because form the case study they need a new expensive machinery for the production although it can reduce the noise but it cost a higher production cost for the company therefore the employee will get lower salary for that.

To conclude, I believe that if perfect printing becomes a socially responsible company it will gain more advantage than disadvantages. So it can improve the image of the company and it will increase the employee loyalty.
