We help clients by delivering assessment, transformation and process efficiency solutions in specialty areas like finance, supply chain, enterprise intelligence, healthcare, customer, people and organization change, strategic direction, and program management.
Ernst & Young's Performance Improvement practice has a global integrated Finance service offering, including Finance Transformation, and Shared Services.
Our Finance Transformation team members focus on the priorities and challenges our clients' CFOs are facing. The CFO must deal with the complexity of balancing risk and performance and the tension that may exist between them. Key concerns for the CFO include protecting reputation and brand, effective internal and external communication, managing risk/return ratio, effective performance reporting and contributing to decision support.

Our Shared Services team combines leading practice "know how" and deep shared services knowledge with financial and operational controls experience. Implementing a Shared Service Center or the improvement of an existing Shared Service Center can help a client CFO balance cost, quality and benefit to the organization. Leveraging EY advisory skills and experience assists the client to transform commonly performed finance activities and associated processes in order to improve profitability, efficiency and achievement of strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services.
