Permission Case

Dear Brothers/Sisters,

As the Scoutmaster of the troop, I am informing you about an upcoming camping trip on December 16th to the 17th. The location will be determined this week, as will the cost. You are being told this now in order to expedite the knowledge and planning issues that will likely come about. You need to know the following things:

1. Fee will be minimal - but needs to be paid up no later than December 11th. We need to give the camp a final count before going. If it is not paid by then, then your son WILL NOT go!

2. Permission form is to insure they will be treated if anything happens. If we do not have it by December 14th, even with the payment, your son WILL NOT go!

3. We will be having a troop workshop on Wednesday. This means that they will be instructed on what is needed, what is recommended, and what is a NO! No!

4. Father's are allowed to join in the overnight trip; they are to understand they do not interfere in troop activities, nor preside over the activity. Problems come to me!!!

Como el líder de los boy scouts, les dejo saber que acorrerá un campamento el día 16 y 17 de

Diciembre. El local va ser determinado, tanto el costo para asistir. Ustedes están siendo informados para poder ayudar apurar en sabiendo el plan que se va necesitar. Por favor tengan lo siguiente en mente:

1. Costo va ser mínimo - pero es aceptado hasta el día 11 de Diciembre. Tenemos que dar un numero final al lugar, entonces si no es arreglado por ese tiempo, su hijo NO PUEDE ir!

2. El permiso del tutor segura que atención medico es recibido si cualquier cosa. Necesitan entregarlo 14 de Diciembre. Aunque pagan, sin el permiso, su hijo NO PUEDE ir!

3. Vamos dar una charla a los jóvenes el Miércoles. Ellos estarán instituidos sobre lo necesario, lo recomendado, y lo que NO se permita!

4. Los papas están permitidos asistir la noche, pero sabiendo que no interfieren con los actividades de los muchachos, ni presiden en el campamento. Problemas vienen a mi!!!
