Perhaps the most important influence that has shaped the person I am today is my upbringing in a patriotic family. My dad has always told me that everything he did to educate me, my brothers and sisters was for us to contribute to development of our motherland - Kazakhstan.
Being a student of an International Law course in Almaty State University, I had a period of finding myself in a field where I could do the world of good. Law was certainly a subject that gave me an understanding of how countries, organizations and people throughout the world interact with each other and with citizens of different countries, but it has a particular system that has been forming for years and wasn't something I could turnabout in a blink of an eye to make a change for a society. So for saving my time I have also done a foundation in Art and Design in Bellerbys College in London. Art became my big hobby, though I knew that it still isn't a quick option for a significant change.
After graduating I got a great chance to work at the Protocol of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is a structural subdivision of the President's Administration that is responsible for President's official affairs. It was a work of a very high responsibility. Organization of international scale events on a high level gave me an opportunity to learn how to manage big projects from A to Z. It required not only analytical and organizational skills, but sense of taste and inventiveness. I enjoyed the process so much I found myself realizing that management is no less art than what is considered to be art, and business is the most relevant thing for me to start developing my own ideas and my own system.
Kazakhstan is a young country that is successful in terms of economical development and has a big variety of options for our talented youth to use and expand their skills and abilities.
Master Course in International Business would permit me to change direction of my bachelor degree and specialize on a subject that I think will include all of my interests and introduce me to a world of new possibilities.
Hence, if I were given the opportunity to continue my studies along these lines I would be more than willing to devote myself to the hard work necessary in order to be able to apply the knowledge I get in practice.
