Personality traits, like people, are wide in variety. We as humans, tend to judge before taking the chance to know a person. It is easy to tell, with the naked eye, who is an introvert and who is an extrovert. Introverts are directed toward the subjective world, in other words, an introvert is interested in their own personal thoughts and feelings.
Extroverts, directed toward the objective world, tend to be interested in what is happening around them. In example, a cheerful person can be seen as an extrovert
There are many advantages to being an introvert; such as working well independently, creative thinking out of the box, strong ability to concentrate, and analytical thinking to a few. Extroverts work well in a group setting. One might say that it is better to be an extrovert, others might argue to be an introvert is the way to be. Introverts work well on a one on one basis, are deep thinkers.
