Pilates class: Started with stretching taking up about 10 minutes of the class, which provided the decrease in pain and soreness after exercise, improving circulation, posture, muscle tension, muscle soreness, and ability to relax. Arm warm up (circuling arm one by one, then both arms at same time), the spine twist supine, shoulder shrugs, Back extension, cat stretch, child pose, spine stretch, push-ups, and knee push ups. Single leg stretch, plank, pelvic curl, one leg circle, criss cross, quadriceps. Did 1 set of push ups and knee push-ups.

Extra workout: Ran 1 mile after pilates class

FEB 8

1. Food

a. Morning: oatmeal w/ banana's and orange juice

b. Snack: apple and almonds

c. Lunch: subway sandwich w/ water and chips

d. Grapes, peanuts and water

e. Dinner: brown rice and chicken breast w/ water

f. Snack: ice cream

2. Extra workout: 10 push up's, 5 knee push ups

FEB 9

Fitness and nutritional improvements: Extremely hard the first week, not use to all the physical movements being done in the pilates class. Started eating healthy, this will only make it easier for me to keep up with this class if I eat healthy. Will feel light and not heavy, like I did this these past days.

FEB 10

1. Food

c. Lunch: Subway turkey 6 inch sandwich w/ chips

d. Snack: snicker and water

e. Dinner: McDonalds cheeseburger w/ small fries, coke

f. 3Snack: carrots and hummus

2. Extra workout: 10 push up's, 5 knee push ups
