Aristocrat, the game maker, on October 20th announced that the completion of a 5 billion takeover of the PLARIUM of Israeli companies, which boosted the company's share price. Aristocrat announced that the company had obtained all necessary regulatory approvals to complete the acquisition of the mobile and online gaming developer. Aristocrat is a large-scale game machine manufacturer, including video game consoles and casino management systems. The company's vision is "to create the world's most wonderful gaming experience." In the first half of the 2017 fiscal year, its operating revenue is 1.23 billion Australian dollars, rose 21.6%. The after tax net profit is 250 million Australian dollars, rose 56.9%.

Plarium is a large web game and mobile gaming developer, headquartered in Israel, with studios in Europe, Israel and the United States. Aristocrat General manager said the acquisition was encouraging, and it could increase the company's share in the fast-growing market for hand travel. The company is pleased to be able to merge Plarium, welcome its outstanding talent team to join in. The company hopes both sides can promote the digital business to further success. Aristocrat's acquisition will bring rapid development to the company. The shareholders will get more profit, and the merger of the new company will have more professionals to bring more new games and new ideas which will promote the company's rapid development and attract more investors to invest in funds. In addition, consumers will gain a great deal of benefit, and there will be more creative games to experience. All shares of Aristocrat quoted a 22.9 Australian dollar, up 1.64%, trading volume 1.25 million shares.
